Sparkling water is a great choice of beverage since there is no sugar and tons of variety of flavors and brands to choose from. The most popular brands are Bubly, Perrier, Polar, Pellegrino, Spindrift, and La Croix. Each brand has a wide variety of flavors and sizes. Let’s talk about the ten best-ranked brands. According to Eatthis, The ten best-ranked brands are Spindrift, Perrier, Waterloo, Pellegrino, Aura Bora, Bubly, Poland, Vita Coco, La Croix, and Free Rain.

Spindrift is ranked number one for its natural flavor with real fruit juice and for its low calories and sugar content. Other competitors such as Bubly provide a variety of unique flavors such as watermelon, strawberry, and apple. Unlike Spindrift, Bubly has no sugar and does not have real fruit juice, and has zero calories. According to Women’sHealth, “(Sparkling water is actually expected to be a 5.5 billion dollar industry this year.) Now, there are so many bubbly water brands and flavor combinations, picking one is actually borderline overwhelming.”

“Although sparkling water may seem like an across-the-board healthy option, not all brands are created equal. To make sure your fizzy drink is as good-for-you as can be, choose a brand that is low in sodium and contains no added sugars, artificial flavors, or artificial sweeteners.” According to GearPatrol, “Pepsi knew that customers were distancing themselves from sugary beverages for flavored sparkling waters, and Bubly was its entry into the fray. The zero-calorie, zero-sugar beverages are available in a variety of flavors.”

Even though there are many different sparkling water brands and each brand may have similar or even the same flavors, if you look at the ingredient labels, each brand uses different ingredients and some are healthier than others, and some use artificial flavors, while brands like Spindrift that use real fruit juice.
