Cristiano Ronaldo Scores his 750th career goal

This Wednesday, football legend Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 750th goal which edged him ever so closer to the all goal-scoring record. Ronaldo scored off a rebound from Alvaro Morata to get his 750 goal milestone.

Ronaldo has been a top performer for a while now since he has able to tally up this milestone in a span of 18 years pro, dating back to his first appearance with the club, Sporting Lisbon.

Through many stages of his career, he has smashed records and made significant milestones, for instance, when he won the 2016 European Championship with Portugal, and in 2019 when he won the Uefa Nations league with Portugal.

He has also won many club trophies, raking up a total of five champions league trophies and a total of 3 league trophies.

Ronaldo’s whole career has done nothing but been a killer playmaker and a fantastic goal scorer. When he played for Manchester United and Real Madrid in the earlier stages of his career, he racked up 488 total goals and five players of the year awards.

Cristiano Ronaldo has been doing it all his whole career; he is even close to breaking the all-time international scoring record. Some even regard him as the greatest footballer to ever play.

He has just now scored his 750th goal, which doesn’t put him far off the all-time leading goal scorer Josef Bican, with over 800 goals. Bican played from 1928-1955.

Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end since Ronaldo has said that the 2022 world cup will be his last.
