Zendaya, at age 24, made history at the Emmys this year when she became the youngest woman to win Best Actress in a Drama Series. 

Zendaya stars as Rue, a recovering drug addict, in the hit HBO series, “Euphoria”, which focuses on the struggles of being a teenager in modern-day society. “Euphoria” is revolutionizing television with raw depictions of drugs, sex, and the harsh effects of social media on teens. It is no wonder that producer Sam Levinson chose Zendaya as the face of the tv show, for she is an extremely talented actor who has a major influence on today’s culture. Most current teens and tweens grew up watching Zendaya as Rocky Blue on the Disney Channel show, “Shake it up!” or as K.C. Cooper on “K.C. Undercover”.
